The founder of Provention, Alison Richmond, is a physiotherapist who has spent 30 years studying physically intelligent individuals and habit change. She has applied these learnings to create highly successful programmes for reducing strain injuries in the workplace, and outside, by teaching people the principles of safe movement.

She is passionate about providing companies with practical, engaging and effective solutions that fit seamlessly into an organisation's procedures and create lasting results for individuals.
