GERMANY | Around four months prior to the start of Anuga FoodTec 2027, more than 90 percent of available stand area has already been firmly assigned.
The current booking status is already higher than the comparison value for Anuga FoodTec 2024, with especially strong demand in the food processing for meat and fish technology segment. Here there are only a few areas still available.
Food packaging, automation, and safety & analytics also show strong registration levels. One of the especially strongly represented segments is beverage and dairy technology.
The field of participants here includes GEA, Krones, ALPMA, Flottweg, Omnia Technologies, Elecster, Flavourtech, Andritz, Tecnal, Kieselmann, Bertsch, Serac, Bucher Unipektin, Netzsch, Fristam Pumpen, Bardiani and Ecolab.
A varied offering along the entire value creation chain is thus already becoming evident. Anuga FoodTec shows technologies for manufacturing and processing food and beverages and extends the perspective through filling and packaging to storage.
Confirmed exhibitors from other offering segments include, among others, Handtmann, VEMAG, Weber, Fortifi, JBT Marel, Duravant, Multivac, Seydelmann and Baader. Bizerba, Tomra, Heat and Control and Cabinplant, in addition to Hiperbaric, KUKA and Endress+Hauser, have also already signed.
"Around four months prior to the start of the trade fair, we are registering an outstanding registration status. The high level of participation of international market and technology leaders once again confirms Anuga FoodTec as the world's leading platform for the food and beverage industries,” said Roland Thiemann, Director Anuga FoodTec.
“The great interest in our key theme and the specialised programme shows how strong the need of the industry for orientation revolving around questions of the future is. We are looking more than optimistically ahead to an international Anuga FoodTec 2027 with a high degree of technological relevance.”
The strong international participation is also evident in the country and regional pavilions. Pavilions from China and Türkiye, as well as participants from Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark and the USA, have already registered. The United Kingdom, Belgium and Taiwan are also represented with country or regional pavilions.
International orientation is one of Anuga FoodTec's defining features. Already in 2024, 62 percent of exhibitors came from abroad. The ten most important countries of origin were Italy, Türkiye, the USA, China, Spain, and Belgium.
Anuga FoodTec 2027 is guided by the key theme of "Navigate Complexity. Smart. Safe. Sustainable.“ The focus is on technological solutions that help companies manage increasing requirements in food and beverage production.
The specialised programme, developed by the German Agricultural Society (DLG), addresses these tasks and combines technological expertise with industrial application. New Community Hubs create additional opportunities for exchange, driving smart production and sustainable solutions.
Anuga FoodTec 2027 takes place in Cologne from the 23rd to the 26th of February 2027.
