The Sensa AI-embedded BSS applications will include several features, such as product catalogues, digital self-care and customer management, catalogue-driven order management, demand generation through omnichannel campaigns, configurable integration with leading social networks, lead and funnel management, enterprise workforce management with business process orchestration, business intelligence, and analytics capabilities, enterprise and consumer service request management, partner management, E-Shop (marketplace) & B2B self-care portal.

"Our digital BSS stack embedded with Tecnotree Sensa AIML capabilities will enable the customer to improve business agility and respond faster to market dynamics while humanising experiences and empowering customer journey lifecycle with Sensa hyper-personalisation," said Padma Ravichander, CEO of Tecnotree Corporation.

The collaboration marks a significant stride for Tecnotree in artificial intelligence, reinforcing its commitment to enhancing digital services that create business differentiation.
