Maxum Foods has announced the appointment of Adrian Lochland as the company’s first Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth and evolution.
Lochland has over 25 years of senior leadership experience in market-leading agribusiness, food, and ingredient companies. Since joining Maxum in 2021, he has played a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of their Animal Nutrition division as Executive General Manager.
His appointment to CEO reflects the business’ strong performance and commitment to continued strategic investment across its Food, Animal Nutrition, and Farming portfolios.

Maxum Foods Director Ben Woodhouse welcomed the appointment, acknowledging the leadership and capability Lochland brings to the role.

Lochland will remain based at Maxum’s Brisbane Head Office as he transitions into the role. The company will continue to maintain its focus on service excellence and operational continuity throughout this transition.
